    Product Features of Industrial Dehumidifier Dryer

    • P.I.D temperature controller to accurately control regenerative temperature.
    • Adopt Japan Nichias molecular sieve honeycomb rotor which ensures good stable dehumidifying effect.
    • Detachable cooler is equipped for over-sized model, easy for maintenance and keeps a low return air temperature.
    • High density return air filter ensures no contamination to the honeycomb.
    • Temperature indication function for dehumidified outlet air temperature.
    • Efficient oil filter is optional. 99% of oil can be removed, thus product quality can be greatly improved.

    Application of Industrial Dehumidifier Dryer

    ORD-H series rotary honeycomb dehumidifiers are mainly used to dry hygroscopic engineering plastics or regrind materials. Under ideal conditions, the dew-point of dehumidified dry air can be lower than -50oC, the largest of which can provide dry air up to a quantity of 4,000 m3/hr.

    Application Cases of Industrial Dehumidifier Dryer


    Desiccant dehumidifiers work by using a large desiccant wheel to adsorb moisture from the process air stream. As the process air is dried, the moisture content of the wheel rises. To remove this moisture the wheel is in constant rotation and a second air stream is heated and passed through the wheel.
